Our agency team is coming from Freedcamp and also used Breeze PM, another AppSumo deal, which was great, but a little too minimal.
UpBase seems like overtime it could even be used to replace our team messaging tool with the chat. Are there any future plans to add video chat or quick communication into the PMS. It's not standard sure, but would be a differentiating feature, some like how Teams allows you to easily call those you are collaborating with.
I didn't notice anything like this on the roadmap, so wanted to ask so any fellow Sumolings could see this.

Video Chat seems within reach to make.
Many solutions use Jitsi (https://jitsi.org/) technology for this.
For example, Taskade.com where you can use both internally and on a dedicated external site https://call.taskade.com/

This would be complemented by the ability to record audio messages for asynchronous work.
Just like it is on Slack, Signal...
