I'm comparing this tool with Trello & Basecamp.
1) What counts as a workspace? I'm using different Trello boards per customer, so everyone can have their private space. Am I able to create different boards per client and invite them?
2) Do you have integrations with Make(Integromat)?
3) Do we have to pay for guests (clients) accounts?
4) Can I set permissions so guests can't delete cards inside their boards?
5) What happens when someone by accident deletes a card inside a board?

1. In Trello, workspaces consist of a list of boards. Similarly, in Upbase, workspaces consist of lists. You can create different lists for different customers. For more information, please refer to the following resources:

3. No. You can invite unlimited guests for free.
4. By default, guests can only delete tasks they created.
5. It will be moved to the Trash page and can be restored anytime. On this page, regular members and guests cannot permanently delete items that were not created by them. Only admins have the authority to delete any items permanently.

You can have any number of Lists.
2) There is no automation.

Any automation feature available?
I want to use the product for my clients and I'd like to be able to create and give access automatically whenever someone signs up for my services.
I would use a list template, copy it and assign it to the guests.
Is it doable?
Unfortunately, there are no automation rules available at the moment. List templates are not available as well, but we plan to release them in Jul or Aug at the latest. Cheers,
