I can only say something about Taskade.
Taskade is completely different from classic project and task management tools like Clikup and Asana, to which Upbase is similar.
Taskade is a similar concept to Workflowy.com, maybe more advanced with different elements.
Taskade is similar to Notion editors with task elements.
I have Taskade (It used to be here on Appsumo).
But I was never able to use it for good.
I use some of its elements, but more for information purposes and I also use the possibilities it has with AI.
I was completely unable to implement it, but maybe that's because I'm committed to classic tools.

I previously used Clickup and switched to Upase without any problems.
Moreover, Upbase has functionalities that Clickup does not have.
It would be difficult for me to switch to something else now.
