A: The simple solution is to invite the new email to the workspace and keep both emails or even remove the old email. Cheers,

Hi! I have a team of about 20 people and I’m considering the Tier 3 subscription, but I noticed it allows a maximum of 9 team members. I see there are unlimited guest accounts, but I don’t think that’s the same. Is there a way to activate a plan that supports more team members, or is this service not suitable for our needs? Thanks!
