Q: Knowledge base with AI Bot possible? Increase max file size?

Im currently deciding between Blue Project Management and Upbase.
1. Will you increase max file size? 250MB is really on the low end, compared to Blues 5Gb.
2. You mention a knowledge base but theres not much info. Will I be able to connect to an AI Bot to use the knowledge base with a chatbot?

Upbase is not storage/cloud, that's what GoogleDrive, OneDrive, Dropbox are for.
Well, for 1 it says unlimited storage , 2. I have my use case for content creation workflow and 3. there are other options that offer 20x size file, so why would I NOT ask about it? Not everything is a document (and it does not specify that it is meant for documents only). Video files for example, like instagram reels can weigh between 30MB-1GB.

Maintaining such files with such a capacity lifetime is very expensive.
For whatever reason, it appears that my questions to the upbase team seam to bother you, but with all due respect, I haven't asked for an opinion, my questions are directed to the team and I am interested to know if they would explore these options.
TyXanIt's likely due to the nature of your request. PM doesn't involve raw product/project files. 250MB is a plentiful scope for the kind of data expected. To need more than that falls into RAW video/graphics production level items which would be out of scope for the product.
You would be better off using dedicated cloud storage and link out from UpBase as a centralised source of truth
