For about a week now my upbase screen is blank; or it has one message in the middle saying Start a New Project. I've been using the software for about 3 years - have at least 20 projects in there.

Reached out to customer support 3 times (or 4) - once through the support portal, twice by email, with ZERO response 😭

Users? If yes, does anyone else experience this?
