Q: Webhook and API Functionality
When will webhook & API be integrated, an important feature for communicating workflows with the outside world?

Jan 13, 2025A: I'm sorry for the wait on webhooks and APIs. The main reason for the delay is that we're currently revamping our overall architecture to achieve 10x faster performance and offline support. This is already in progress, and we expect to release Upbase v2 within the next 6 months. We'll start working on releasing webhooks and APIs after that. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
peter380I don't feel it's a good sign that you said multiple times APIs will be available by the end of 2024 and then just change priority to something else. If APIs cannot be done before architecture revamp then you should communicate that, but if they can, you should prioritize what you said you will work on I think.

hello849PLUSThis makes sense, but API/Webhook is becoming a deal breaker. Wish to see that earlier so at least we can start using the product.
LaxusI have been waiting for this feature for almost 3 years, but everything is still just 'on the roadmap'. It's incomprehensible that an app nowadays doesn't have webhooks and APIs. We are like being trapped in a box.
