Q: Webhook / Public API
Hi Tony,
It's great to see you back. I'm pleased to see Upbase continuously updating the platform. One major feature that most users are expecting is Webhook/Public API. This has been on the roadmap for quite some time. Could you please let us know when this feature will be released? Without the ability to connect with other apps via Webhook/Public API, the platform faces a significant disadvantage at the moment.

May 7, 2025A: Thank you for your support. Providing an exact ETA for Webhook and API is challenging at the moment because we have some significant features in development. Currently, our main focus is on automation. After that, we will either concentrate on AI integration or completely revamp our Chat module to offer a better and more reliable experience. We also have high priorities for bulk task editing, desktop apps, and CSV import features. Addressing bugs and improving existing features is also a major focus and may take some time. We are doing our best to complete all these features and improvements within this year. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
