I ignored Upbase the last time it was on AppSumo because I already was using other project management tools, and was also distracted by Moxie. Lucky me, Upbase came back here and i decided why not give it a try. So happy i did.

Upbase has a really nice and easy to use UI. Managing clients and projects already has plenty of confusion, so the tool to manage them should not.

Years of using some other really good tools have been great, just felt too complicated for me. Upbase really makes it easy. I just love being able to customize my lists. It's not one size fits all. Set it up the way that fits you. The docs, files, and calendar sections are nice. Can't wait for calendar syncing with Google Calendar, coming soon. There's also a chat so you can talk to team members.

If i had to compare Upbase to another tool I would say it's similar to Asana, but better. I love how flexible Upbase is, and how it continues to add more features. If this tool keeps scaling it will become a big player in the project management space.

Tony and support have been super responsive and great when i brought up any issues and questions about the future of the tool. Every email has been answered, which seems rare these days with other deals during a launch.

The Upbase mobile app is very nice as well, and makes managing projects from my phone easier. Their team is still working on adding more to the mobile app as well.
