I've been looking for a long time for a good project management system to run smallish design studio / team. Most of the products i know are either too simple (simple lists) or too complex (expects dedicated managers) . Also it's often hard to work around projects of various sizes. Big chunk of the products are structured to work for companies working on single product.

Upbase hits great balance. It works on project and project basis. Projects can be as small as you want but it can handle big projects too. And it does it with surprisingly big clarity. Like even with less experienced computer users i have a feeling they would understand their way around immediately.

My only issues right now are that you can't invite guests - something that i understand is being worked on and will land soon. And i think it could work a bit better with feedback on images/screenshots. It works OK but i think small changes could make this a lot more powerful.

Also i like the simple UI design. Please don't kill it by making Upbase more and more complex as the times goes!
