Great solution for 1-person company
I've managed various projects and small ad-hoc teams as a solo independent consultant for years. Most of the time I work alone, but sometimes I bring in small teams of 2-10 people to manage tasks and coordinate docs and calendars for a limited time.
I've tried all kinds of software for project and task management, from MS Project (old days) to the more modern SAAS tools (Asana, Basecamp, Trello, etc.), before finally settling on ClickUp as the one that seemed to have the features I needed for everyday use.
