Literally the best tool I've ever used

I have tried nearly every project and task manager there is and NOTHING compares to Upbase. I previously used todoist for years, and it worked well until my business got more complex.
I use it to organize my business as a solopreneur, but I now have my husband doing some tasks. Assigning things to him is so simple (we even have a list for our chores and bills to make sure everything gets done!)
It's amazing for color coding, assigning tasks to large projects and then moving them to your to do list and schedule. I have a lot of recurring tasks which have been very simple to set up.
Embedding Google files into Upbase has saved so much time! I can very quickly chart sales data and get a glance at it without having to spend a lot of time on it. I also use it for storing SOP files. Right now, I'm mostly doing everything in my business on my own, so having quick access to those files makes a world of difference in my productivity.
I really believe these task and project management systems need to mesh with how you think and organize in your own brain - but Upbase to me, seems the most user friendly and customizable to fit your exact needs that it would be great for a majority of people.
The chat feature is stellar. No need for Slack, texts or emails.
Truly, I can't say enough good things about Upbase. I'm confident the updates that come out regularly will only make Upbase better (though, I can't see how!!!)
