Update after using it heavily for 6 months

I've had this for almost 2 months now and I just love the simplicity of this software.

I am a solo freelancer managing a few clients and Upbase made it easy for me to communicate with my clients on project status, upload their assets, and directly chat with them vs. having to use another platform to chat.

Definitely worth the purchase. 5 tacos

We (a team of 7) have been using Upbase as an internal PM tool for the last 6 months. We are a short-video editing company and we store our videos in Upbase until we delete it within 2-3 weeks. We also use it to store our SOPs, team chat, etc. - in short, we store a lot of data in Upbase.

And that's when the issues are starting to come in...

- Video preview does not open
- Video download gives you an error
- The custom field input disappears or slow to change
- Chat channel stops working

I understand our situation may not be the norm but if you are planning to use this for your agency, then this is your heads up.
