I've been remiss recently about submitting reviews, but have been really impressed with the speed and quality of the support offered here, as well as with the product itself, clearly worthy of 5 tacos even as a still developing and improving product.

I've explored so many PM tools, and this one sits very nicely with me. Everything works simply, I was able to introduce it to a colleague and they got on with it straight away. Still has some way to go in terms of building the added elements to the product, but it has a clear roadmap to continue to improve, but without adding much of the bloat and complications that can lead to confusion.

Slowly building up a wishlist of things I'd like to see, but the responses from support have been nothing but encouraging.
