Q: Extremely confused here, and unable to "test" anything because of the email restrictions.
I am looking to manage two small businesses, both owned by me. I just want to be able to keep the information separate on both of these. I assumed that I would be able to do this, given that I would have two email boxes, but reading some of the comments, I'm really confused about that.
In one response you say "Our capability is more suited for independent brands. You can however manage the governance level to hide one brands data with another."
And in another you say "You will have to have separate accounts for each brand. We don't have a workspace concept."
Unfortunately I can't just test anything out because once committing to an email address, as I understand it's permanent. This really limits being able to try anything out to see how it works....so I have to rely on you answering the question more clearly ;P
so the two ways to do this afaik (I bought a multi seat license): 1. have more than one seat 2. use the multi mailbox feature: settings > genera > Mailbox tab > look in top right of screen and click "add mailbox" it's a blue button next to actions

I had a question - How do I delete a user who's already accepted the invite and joined the team?
I tried reaching out to support but never heard anything from them, also couldn't find anything in the help docs.
I sent emails to the founder and the support - got a bounce back response that the email is undeliverable.
I have a suggestion here. Please create company personas instead of real users. And whenever old user leave and new user joins, they use that persona's login account. This way you have all history preserved as well as no worries about deleting/ changing the user account
Q: Do the application have fields like icebreakers?
How many are there? I'm asking whether I can personalize the message content in languages that have name declension?
is it possible to integrate it with a platform like clicksend to manage the paper mail part? if your tool reunited a mail sending platform could have a real advantage in the office sector.

Q: As I saw, in one of the questions you answered that Upscale can't be integrated with Flowlu.
Is it still the case?
We use Flowlu as our main business management software and CRM. Isn't it possible to integrate wia connectors like Api-X drive?

You can however send invites to other users with different domains as well or add additional email address with different domains.
