I see some risks in the project.
We'll see if I was wrong.

Originally I wanted to take Tier 4 but I held off because there are still a lot of unknowns that I haven't received answers to.

The developer has a long path to do marketing and get customers who pay monthly. So that this project becomes profitable.

There are just a lot of unknowns.
