Little helpful customer support
I purchased Uptimemonster to monitor my VPS web hosting server. When the software didn't work as intended, I contacted customer support. They suggested I provide root access and allow them to edit file permissions and SSH into the webserver. This is a significant request, as it could potentially disrupt all my websites and cause serious issues if Uptimemonster makes a mistake.
Instead, I proposed a Zoom call with screensharing involving both myself and my hosting provider to resolve the issue collaboratively. Once Uptimemonster support realized I would not provide root access, they stopped responding. This behavior is disappointing and not what one would expect from a reputable software company.

Jul 22, 2024Hi Please allow some some time. Due TO Bangladesh digital shutdown our whole support team go unresponsive. The whole country internet is cut off by government due to students protest. I extremely apologies for the inconvenience. As soon as the country internet system online whole support team will be back with super fast response.
