Keeps breaking constantly...

Completely frustrated over the product's simple bugs which are so much irritating and the support takes days to respond, where they say "We don't have ETA"
Well, you have just made life worse for all of the other people who bought this product on good faith.
1. Their microsites are supposed to be Mobile friendly, but their Mobile's Navigation bar is just a mess by their own styling.
2. Now their domain connection for all spaces / microsites breaks because their Cookie domains are expiring. Hey, it's not our problem.
Your image CDN's constantly fail with 403 and broken images for sites.
The Banners stop working... and support doesn't respond at all

Hello @Nilesh_Pluralis, thank you for the review! It took us time to reply here because we were resolving your issues and communicated everything with you via the Support chat, in which we replied within a few hours and notified you about the waiting time after your initial message.

We've explained to you that the absence of the ETA happens due to multiple factors and our not wanting to give you any false promises. Moreover, we do not 'make life worse for all of the other people who bought the product'; instead, we do our best to keep Urals running and improving. Sometimes, fixing an issue takes time precisely because it's essential to keep microsites operational 24/7. Thank you for understanding.

Our microsites are mobile-friendly, and we keep improving their functionality and design across all sorts of devices. The issue with the dropdown menu you named 'their Mobile's Navigation bar is just a mess by their own styling' has been fixed, the bar works smoothly now.

The connection to any site with the cookies settings has not been broken. It is part of GDPR compliance, and now it runs without any notifications visible only in the console and does not interfere with how microsites operate.

With CDNs and banners, we've explained that when you add links from Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp), Meta's regulations are applied. Meta blocks image usage, hence the 403 error. We've already suggested a workaround to you in the conversation.

Lastly, we are working on your other inquires, and we've received your latest feedback regarding the mobile design. We appreciate your suggestions! We will let you know if and when they are implemented. Please keep in mind that we continue developing and maintaining Urals, and the improvements cannot be made instantly based on your demand. Thank you!
