Q: Do you still support the Appsumo deal?
I am trying since end of May to get help on an issue. No answer so far. I just read one of your replies (see below), and just realized that you might not care about any Appsumo deals, right? Funny how you run your business, ask for help, get help, and then forget it. Interesting business model ;-).

We are not sure what exactly you are talking about or are referencing, but we still support all lifetime deals from AppSumo. Nothing has changed or will change there! Drop us an email at support and we can give you assistance.

Seems like we missed the mark with you. Not sure who you are as we don’t get info from appsumo. But we will continue to try our best.
Seems very strange though.
You come on to a comment board from a campaign over a year ago, claim that we are not helping you with support (since May), and now are saying you don’t use our software the very next day. Not sure what the point of this was.
