Q: Grandfathering of existing Appsumo customers
Hi! I‘ve got Tier 2 of the last Appsumo deal from September 2024 and I saw that existing Appsumo customers are grandfahthered in the new deal - I‘ve just logged in and saw that I would need to upgrade my account to use the new monitoring feature - when will the grandfathering take place? Or am I getting that wrong? Thanks for clarification!

Unfortunately that is incorrect. This new AppSumo deal is the same features as before with Indexing (Google and Bing). We do have new core functionalities continuing to be developed (Monitoring was the 1st of 2 big releases), but those will be at a special monthly/yearly price for AppSumo customers in the app.
