Q: Why this ALWAYS happens when the refund period is out of date?
My plan details is... and it is like this on the invoice (a binding contract)
Deal terms:
Lifetime access to URL Monitor
All future Business Plan updates
If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates
No codes, no stacking—just choose the plan that’s right for you
...
Features included in all plans:
Daily URL monitoring
...
Your business plan includes Daily URL monitoring, so are you going to honor that or are you goin to try add excuses? If your business model will be to offer other paid functions by email like the one recevied today out of the scope of appsumo, mayeb appsumo is not your site. For sure i will try to get a refund even after the 60 days period, i these practices are dangerous close to a scam.
Someone need to be legally responsible of this.
yup we got rug pulled again

Unlucky sounds like false advertising

Rug pull
Hopefully Appsumo take legal action, like they are with other rug pull enthusiasts.
AppSumo any comment? I messaged you and there has been no answer for weeks now!
URLmonitor support told me that Appsumo didn't want them to put the monitoring in this offering? I am also not seeing the value right now.
I wrote appsumo too, with no answer at all.
I'm getting tired of this happening to LTD I purchase on AppSumo. The trust is running VERY thin now. I 100% agree that there should be some legal action here as I agree this should be seen as a binding contract.
Funny how Appsumo always is silent when crap like this happens...
AppSumo could you be so kind and give us some updated or are we shifted to hell again?

oh wow. haven't even started using this & already another.

Does anyone have an update on this ? Because I don't see any appsumo response on this matter
