Finally got a chance to use userback on a live dev site for a client last week. Was wonky at first but then I set it to a local site in settings as I had the site locked down. Then it worked beautifully! Client was impressed, and was able to make any notes easy enough. Definitely added to my list of tools in my process. Hope they keep building and working on it, would love to use this for a long time :D

I always demo my client how to take a screenshot and create a google doc for all changes. and it was really time taking method for training wise and difficulties.

But this deal solves everything at one shot. Thanks, Appsumo, and user back to solve the problem we have.

First I have to comment on the clever use of words user + feedback = userback. It first caught my attention. I am really pleased with this deal and I am hoping for them to hit it big in the market full of veteran players.

Chrome extension is limited to just 1 project at a time and not able to switch between projects. Everything works just like the label says so thumbs up for these guys!

I wanted a tool for website feedback. This tool is good and support replies fast.

This app is simple and to the point. Love that it collects all the user info such as IP, OS, browser etc, and allows me to display the form via a nice button or via a secret URL. I already started using it to collect web design feedback from my clients and it is saving me a lot of headaches.
