I really like the CRM so far. It comes across as both powerful and user-friendly.

What I find most appealing is the ability to connect all client communication channels in a single place. This can save a lot of time and makes it easier to keep track of the complete customer history.

I also appreciate the automation features, especially for sales workflows. It would be helpful to see more examples or ready-to-go templates for sales automations, such as follow-up reminders, updates on deal stages, or notifications.

I’m still undecided about using tasks and internal chat, since our team already relies on Slack. Overall, though, this is a solid tool. Kudos to the team!
