I have been using this CRM program for about a month now, and during this time, I haven’t encountered any serious problems. The user interface is very modern and, unlike standard CRM systems, it encourages the user to engage with it more.

I don’t have much information about the program’s integrations or the products available in the marketplace. So far, the features I’ve used include creating companies, adding employees under those companies, creating sales opportunities linked to both companies and employees, creating tasks under sales opportunities, adding comments to these tasks, and attaching activities and files to tasks. These are the basic CRM functions.

I would like to try out the automatic transcription feature, especially through integrations with virtual phone systems available in the marketplace, but I haven’t had the chance to review the relevant training documents yet. I hope these features work smoothly as well.

At the moment, the program meets my basic expectations, and I’m happy to have purchased lifetime access. Additionally, the fact that the program is covered by the AppSumo Select guarantee means we’re protected for at least a year.

I hope the program has a long lifespan. Compared to CRM programs like HubSpot that charge high fees, this program could become a strong alternative in the market. In my opinion, the program doesn’t advertise itself enough. Maybe they are intentionally keeping their growth strategy limited, but I think the program hasn’t received the recognition it deserves. If they pay a bit more attention to advertising and regional usage, their future could be very bright.

I have never left a 5 taco review for an app that I refunded before - but seriously thinking about repurchasing.

This is a really well thought through process driven CRM tool that can make a difference to how you onboard leads and learn from your campaigns.

The interface is fun to work with and the automations and analytics with the integrated tools.. are ideal to manage lead acquisition .. I can not comment beyond as that is what I was asked to test for.

I did refund as I wanted the pro version .. but for a team of 5 I could not justify the cost of the Tier 4.. but in hindsight I think the standard version is solid enough on it's own.. so I am giving serious thought to re-purchasing.

I highly recommend giving this a try .. the support is second to none and the tool is deceptively effective process driven CRM...

Right now I'm paying for 6 tools my team uses for daily work: a CRM, two chat apps, a ticket system, a task manager, automation builder… and it's basically a trap, since I'm paying for every single one of them separately. But money wasn't even the main issue, I still couldn't see the complete picture of all our processes. Just building a report took me hours, pulling numbers from multiple tools and combining them. Everything was scattered everywhere and I was the one trying to hold it all together in my head. That doesn't scale.

This deal seems like what I need. All tools in one place, and it's a lifetime deal instead of another monthly subscription. The dashboards will probably become my favorite part — I'll actually be able to see what's happening instead of chasing people for updates. Still figuring some things out, but so far this feels like the tool that'll save us money, instead of six apps pretending to talk to each other.

I’ve only been using Uspacy for a week, but I’m already impressed with how intuitive and user-friendly it is. After trying several CRM and business management platforms, this one feels much more joined up, with everything integrated in a way that just makes sense.

What has stood out most is how responsive and active the team are. They seem to be developing and releasing new features all the time, which gives me confidence that the platform will continue to improve.

I’m currently putting it through its paces to make sure it can support everything my business needs before I fully migrate and upgrade my licence. So far, it’s looking very promising, and I’m excited to see where it takes us.

If you’re looking for a modern, easy-to-use CRM that’s evolving quickly, I’d definitely recommend giving Uspacy a look.

I really like the CRM so far. It comes across as both powerful and user-friendly.

What I find most appealing is the ability to connect all client communication channels in a single place. This can save a lot of time and makes it easier to keep track of the complete customer history.

I also appreciate the automation features, especially for sales workflows. It would be helpful to see more examples or ready-to-go templates for sales automations, such as follow-up reminders, updates on deal stages, or notifications.

I’m still undecided about using tasks and internal chat, since our team already relies on Slack. Overall, though, this is a solid tool. Kudos to the team!
