Their import features for your contact database is tedious and inefficient. I have reached out 4 times without proper support or someone just simply thoroughly looking at what is going wrong. If your contact database import file is larger than 100MB you cannot import it. If you use OnePage CRM they do not have an integration. And if you send your formatted files to their support chat you still don't get the support needed in a 60 DAY WINDOW. AND... I even tried to hire someone to do this and used their assign role feature. Well the admin rights were never properly assigned and that contractor was not able to get it done either. I cannot even get to the other features without my contact database. This should not be this complicated. I am so disappointed as my team has not been able to get in or be trained because of these issues.
