I have been using this CRM program for about a month now, and during this time, I haven’t encountered any serious problems. The user interface is very modern and, unlike standard CRM systems, it encourages the user to engage with it more.

I don’t have much information about the program’s integrations or the products available in the marketplace. So far, the features I’ve used include creating companies, adding employees under those companies, creating sales opportunities linked to both companies and employees, creating tasks under sales opportunities, adding comments to these tasks, and attaching activities and files to tasks. These are the basic CRM functions.

I would like to try out the automatic transcription feature, especially through integrations with virtual phone systems available in the marketplace, but I haven’t had the chance to review the relevant training documents yet. I hope these features work smoothly as well.

At the moment, the program meets my basic expectations, and I’m happy to have purchased lifetime access. Additionally, the fact that the program is covered by the AppSumo Select guarantee means we’re protected for at least a year.

I hope the program has a long lifespan. Compared to CRM programs like HubSpot that charge high fees, this program could become a strong alternative in the market. In my opinion, the program doesn’t advertise itself enough. Maybe they are intentionally keeping their growth strategy limited, but I think the program hasn’t received the recognition it deserves. If they pay a bit more attention to advertising and regional usage, their future could be very bright.
