After trying out a couple of other community platforms which were a bit more complex I decided to try out UUKI. The simplicity of it is the best part as you can be up and running very quickly and it is easy for people to join and use which will encourage them to do so which in turn will help the community thrive.

I have decided to stick with UUKI and let the other platforms slide for this reason.
