1. If a team member got a certification, and then leaves the company or it is removed from my account, then
- their course completion certificate will remain valid?
- they can have their own uxcel account?
I believe that it is important for team members to know that their education progress can be shared on their Linkedin account even if they change the employer.
2. Jobs board is free to use for all members, companies or designers?

1. Yes, the progress will be saved together with all achievements. If the team member was on the company email and then left the company, they can request an email change with no harm to the progress.
2. Yes, the job board is free for all users now. For companies, it's a paid add-on (heads-up, very soon we'll add some free job postings to each tier)
Also, we are making some adjustments to allow team admins to control job and career-related functionality visibility. To help handle concerns about advertising jobs to team members.

Would love response to this as well, specially in terms of users being rotated out if they would retain their cert journeys as a converted 'non pro' user profile on the platform.
Yes once the user becomes non-pro they will keep all their learned progress. Skills test, score, earned certificates.
