Doesn't work. Dismissive support reply.
Over $700 paid and it does not generate videos. 1 video was created on the date of activation.
I tried using it again on May 5th, 2025. The video did not generate and was in queue for processing. I revisited it months later to find the video is still in queue processing.
Could it have been the prompt? "Let's try a simpler one", I thought--- nope, a new one is still in queue from last night.
So clearly, there's an issue. I emailed support for them to reply with a 1-liner:
"It might be due to a technical issue. Please try again and let us know."
No investigation, no poking around to see what's what-- just, "I don't know, try again".
Kindly requesting that AppSumo returns for credits under the WGYB guarantee, as the developer can't be bothered to fix or investigate the issue.

Good, could have been More
I must thank Vadoo team for enabling me to have a YT footprint. Without it, it's difficult for us. I have been using this product for the last six months and I'm happy. We upgraded from Tier-1 to Tier-2. Although there are a few things that one would need, like having a variety in making our offerings. It's because all videos look the same, it becomes very difficult for the audience to identify which one they have watched and which not. Even the YT algorithm is not pushing because it is treating as repetitive I guess. It offers many styles but everything looks similar, I tried all of them and I will be happy to share the link of my shorts channel if you want to review the output so you can reply to this review. For real videos, it guzzles credits. At times, it eats up your credits keeping your video generation in queue and I asked support many a time why this happens. They simply refund your credits and I gave feedback to them that they must auto refund the credits when video is not generated. Overall, it's an okay deal if you don't have huge expectations.

Insufficient credit for most "AI video" creation models? WTH?
Bought tier 4 with 4000 credits. Added API keys for a bunch of external AI models and STILL having issue with most of the video generation models under "AI Video," "AI Infulencer," and several of their AI Apps. Not sure if it's due to poor documentation/instructions/onboarding, or this Saas is just not very good. Hard to tell.

Vadoo ai team resolved the issue, as my login email id was mismatched with my other email id.
Vadoo ai features are good for my basic tasks. Overall i am happy with this purchase.
