Been over an year since I had used the tool but had it in the back of my mind that there's an alternative to Loom called Vento, so imagine my shock when I logged in to find that I am on the free plan. Contacted support, been over a month, no response, AppSumo was kind enough to try and get a hold of them but they too failed. It's a scam at this point, anyone impacted, I'd suggest you file a complaint, with your respective consumer redressal forums plus Stripe since it seems that Vento is still using Stripe to process payments for their monthly plans.
