Unlike other tools that hide the transcript, Vento smartly makes it a seamless part of the viewing experience, making it easy to create navigable chapters and add callouts to the transcript. I think this reflects a deep understanding of a core use case: when I'm communicating with clients or prospects, it's not just about "dashing off a quick video" but balancing that speed/efficiency/informality *with* attention to how they consume and understand the message.
