Earlier today I emailed customer support with a question about my AS license, and an uncommon login issue. Their reply was super fast and super thorough! We had to do a little digging, and customer support stuck with me in email, until I was completely taken care of. Wasn't quite as quick as a chat, but dang near as close as you can get in email.
