It simply does not work
It is slow, sometimes even does not load at all. Waste of moeny. I had to go back to loom again. This type of product is hurting Appsumos reputations. I wish I did not buy it.

They wanted me to contact them to let them know that their service is slow and does not respond. Well it is obvious the system is slwo and most of the time even does not work. I do not see any reason to contact support. It should be obvious that it does not work. It did not work on both my windows and mac. Just improve your services. and it is not my specific issues, I belive most of the users are complaining about it. Once you update the service, let me know and I will check and review again. Thanks.

Update 9/19 --> As a note, most users are not complaining about this issue. We have thousands of users recording without issues. As an example of user specific issue, there are times where users have specific challenges including firewalls, VPN, etc where our connection to our server gets cut off or interrupted so it's important to reach out and diagnose.
