No answer from support
I keep running into the same issue: sometimes only the audio track of a recording can be downloaded, even though the full video is available to watch on the platform. No matter what I try, the affected videos simply won’t download.
I reached out to support through the chat window, which claims to respond within 2 hours. My first request about this problem was in early September – and to this day, I haven’t received any reply.
If you need a reliable system to record and download videos, I would recommend paying the monthly fee for Loom instead. With Vento, you risk wasting a lot of time having to re-record videos until they finally download properly.
