This mostly applies to Tier 2 here on AppSumo, as that tier is an entry-level package for our wider Enterprise platform, so you automatically get access to all features.

A great first few days with lots of engagement!

Hello all!

The first few days on AppSumo have been busy! Lots of engagement, questions and feedback.

We're seeing a lot of questions about the Tier 1 and Tier 2 offers and the differences between them. Tier 1 doesn't limit the lines of code you can sync and analyze, but Tier 2 does. There is a reason for this, we promise!

To clear things up:

Tier 1 is VerifyYourCode, which is our lower-cost-to-entry version of our larger Enterprise platform. It's feature-limited in some areas, but there's no limit on the actual lines of code you can sync. With this tier you can't access the full security, code quality or technical debt data, only summaries and breakdowns within The Code Score.

Tier 2 is an entry-level version of our full Enterprise product which has full access to all data across all code intelligence metrics, and access to full data via API and MCP server access. There are also other features you get access to here such as our autonomous code exploration agent Code IQ. But this is a much more compute intensive offering so we have to limit the total lines of code. This tier is limited to 100,000 lines of code across the entire account (not per project) and there are further upgrades they can discuss with you.

Founder's Message from VerifyYourCode!

Hi everyone!

We're very excited to be launching VerifyYourCode on AppSumo. I'm the CEO of The Code Registry - a non-LLM code intelligence and insights platform for business leaders, founders and technical teams.

Since we launched in 2023 it's been a wild and fascinating journey watching Generative AI evolve to the state where we're at now. It's obvious that AI-generated code, AI coding agents and Vibe Coding are not going away. And they shouldn't! They're amazing!

But what's become very apparent is that it's not perfect, and in fact AI rollouts across the software world have caused all sorts of issues in production systems. We regularly do talks and webinars on this topic and we always have fresh recent case studies to talk about where things have gone wrong due to AI. One of the most recent case studies is GitHub themselves who I've used my entire career! In April 2026 a famous developer from GitHub quit, saying that it was "no longer a place for serious work" and cited the rushed release of AI-generated code without enough verification - leading to reliability issues and downtime.

We are not Anti-AI, we're Pro-AI, we use it ourselves as everyone does. We just believe everyone needs to be a bit more careful, and we believe everyone should have a non-LLM verification and scoring layer that's checking the output of all of this AI-generated code, as a last bastion of quality and security checking before things go live, or to monitor vast amounts of code repositories across your entire estate of digital IP.

Why not have an extra layer of verification and independent intelligence? Why not apply some governance to the use of AI in your company?
