Coming purely from a good place with nothing but positive intent, guys, come on... you are asking us all to "hire" your video/HR software... yet you have no video in your listing? Doesn't that feel a bit awkward? It would be super helpful to be able to see VidBITEs, not VidLITE... I'm interested, but am really struggling to rationalize the purchase of video technology software from a group that apparently didn't think video would be helpful to prospective buyers... at a bare minimum, it's a bit off-brand, don't you think?!?! Here's a demo idea for you: record an ultra-short mock interview with different members of your team answering a series of questions posed by a hiring manager looking to add an HR/tech specialist to their team for added efficiency, to tease out new insights, to monitor/manage candidate profiles, etc..... your demo would double as your pitch to us about why we should hire you... by being Buyers of your tech. Sidebar: do you currently have -- or have plans to develop -- any features related to non-verbal signals? I've often found the most meaningful things to "listen" to is not what's said (or written on a CV). It's all the other signals... the subtleties that ring the 'BS detector' bells in our heads when speaking with candidates in person, but may be more difficult to pick up on by video. If your tech had a way to interpret facial expressions to then tell us which candidates are more confident that arrogant, more curious than confused, more excited than exaggerated, more interested than improvising, etc., well... that would be cool.
1. How long do the videos and other responses stay stored? 2. Am I able to customise the role "text" etc on your dashboard to suit my industry? 3. Do you have webhooks? 4. Do you allow syncing to pcloud or gdrive?
I’m keen to try this out. Reading the inclusions says I can download all applicant information. Can I also download the videos to keep them longer than the hosted 30 days you offer. Thanks for you help.
This looks great. Is it totally customisable and white label? Can I use this to send my clients an email asking them to click on my link and leave a video testimonial? Or does it look too much like a job interview?
