Is it totally customisable and white label?
Can I use this to send my clients an email asking them to click on my link and leave a video testimonial? Or does it look too much like a job interview?

All public-facing buttons and text is customizable so you could use it for video testimonials if you wanted to. I will note that the backend is very hiring focused, but as long as that doesn't bug you it could be a fit for you.
