While I would disagree with your characterization of Vidbites as "super buggy" I do appreciate you noting the issue with the support chat.

As for development, as I mentioned in our chat, V2 is going to be fully launched within the next two weeks. It includes a Google Drive integration, reworked application portal with more customization and speed increases, the ability for candidates to respond to questions via video, audio, text, file, or code, unlimited questions in an application, increased analytics, general bug fixes, and much more.

We haven't done a great job communicating those changes, but I can assure you we've been hard at work on this project and will continue to be.
