Q: VideoPeel on Mac/Safari: recording appears full but only 10 seconds save. Solutions?

Hi, we’re experiencing a recording issue when using VideoPeel.

One of our team members is on a Mac using Safari. When she presses Record in the video collection, it records for the full duration, but on playback only the first 10 seconds are actually saved. This has happened repeatedly across multiple attempts.

Is this a known issue with VideoPeel on Safari or MacOS?
Are there any recommended troubleshooting steps (permissions, browser settings, etc.)?

Q: I have been waiting for 10 weeks for a problem to be resolved.

Q: I currently have paid for 1 code.

If I purchase the 2 code option for $138 does that allow me to access the CUSTOM BRANDING feature in the 3 code offer?

A: Hi Julianmather,

I hope all is well.

That is correct. If you purchase 2 more codes they would be stacked on top of your current code giving you a total of 3 codes and access to custom branding.

Custom Branding currently is

-Custom URL’s
-Being able to remove the VideoPeel logo on the video carousel
-Redirects on the thank you page
- Signature feature
