I purchased a code for the LTD and still have access to my account; however, I can’t utilize any features without being prompted to upgrade. Unfortunately, they haven’t replied to my emails or social media messages, and the Help link on their website is nonfunctional. I've been waiting for a response for more than three weeks.

Vidsteps cannot be shared publicly using the embed code feature. There is already a ticket reporting this problem. I will be updating my review depending on the support received.

Awesome Tool
The customer support is awesome! I dealt with some issues getting started and Michael came through like a superhero and made it right. Super easy to use and the learning curve is very short. I intend to use this powerful tool as much as possible. I hope they add a chrome or browser extension soon.

I just bought this and the first thing I went to do is add my logo. They wanted me to upgrade for that... $48/yr. Seriously?

However, there must be a breakdown somewhere here, as the code you purchase in AppSumo gives you the ability to add your own logo to content, plus colour theme your embeds.

VidStep is AMAZING! Finally an easy way to create training videos! I love being able to create one video with screen recording, do my editing, then upload it to VidStep and just break it into sections with simple markers. This is a game changer for pre-recorded videos! I have already recommended it to three of my friends!
