Q: Hello, Just wondering.
I was testing with by uploading an MP4 video file, and looks like it is stuck on "Iniatializing" mode for about two hours now. Should I be doing something else? or continuing waiting? I also tried with a Youtube Link and I get the same results.

Sorry about that… Where it stuck on initializing for more than 10 minutes this means the video did not upload successful.
One reason this might happen is if the AI cannot detect the spoken words automatically. Most times by assigning the video language accent from the dropdown before the upload assists the AI better, where auto language detection failed.
