Q: Can I connect to the customer's computer without registration?

If the customer does not register. Can I connect to the customer's computer. Just like TeamViewer gives a numeric code and password.I tried the functionality of your product, and it seems that you have to register to connect to the customer, right?

A: You can register your customer directly with an invitation link by e-mail, all they have to do is confirm it. Simply go to the settings menu.
We are convinced that this is the easiest and quickest way to work with others. No additional code or password is required.

Q: User limitation

I'm considering purchasing the basic 2-seat license for Viewflip.

My use case involves frequently adding and removing temporary guest users who will only need access for a few hours at a time, and these users will rarely repeat.

Is it possible to assign and unassign users as needed, effectively recovering a seat each time?

This would allow me to manage my license efficiently while accommodating different temporary viewers of my app.

Could you please clarify if this is supported within your user management system?

A: Accounts can be removed at anytime by clicking on x in the user overview at the end of the row. Removed accounts will not be notified but will be converted to a free Join plan instantly. They can then choose to create their own Connect workspace if they consider to continue using viewflip at any time.

when you get "kicked out", is there a message box saying "Window transmission ended unexpectedly due to a network error. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and try again."?

A: The main difference between conventional meeting tools like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom is: everything.

viewflip is not a meeting tool where you meet with several people for a video conference. It is used for collaboration between people who want to give each other separate control of individual windows or the entire desktop instantly with just two clicks. You can work together in real time, so you don't just have to watch and can do things yourself with your own mouse and keyboard that you otherwise only explain using conventional meeting tools.
