Does someone need to be onsite to accept the screen sharing/ control?
I want to use it to control a computer when I am not in the office so I wouldn't have someone able to click accept

I have a few computers in my office and I want to gain access when I am at home or traveling- will someone need to be on the computer to "accept" or can I just pre approve access for certain users to take over anytime?

I need a workflow where the client ideally does not have to create an account in your platform since in practice they will not do it unless they are desperate for support. Period. Do you have this option or not?
