To me, "delete account" means a lot because it represents basic control over the user's own data. Of course, this may not happen very often, but it is necessary. This is also my final assessment if I am willing to pay for an online service in the long run.

It seems your product is the perfect precursor to identifying ideas and I would like to know if you offer an instructional video on how to organize, sequence and prioritize each related cluster of entries.
We don't have a mind mapping feature per se, but our bubble view is pretty close that: you just can't currently draw lines between the ideas. Having said that, by using our categorisation, tagging, evaluation, and custom field features, you can do everything you could with a mindmap, in terms of organizing, sequencing, prioritising, clustering, and a lot more.
