First of all, the AppSumo deal is only available as a special introductory deal for those completely new to Viima, so that's why you can't use an account that already exists to claim the offer. What makes the situation challenging are the upgrade/downgrade/refunds that you can do via AppSumo. These will not work unless the registration is done directly within AppSumo, and that's why we unfortunately can't help address the issue manually.
However, you can add your primary email address as an organization admin to the account that you registered via AppSumo, and even change the account name (and URL if you contact our support) so that you can hopefully make the situation work.
It's true that we don't currently have a "delete account" feature, as these requests have been very infrequent so far. However, our support is happy to help you delete your account and all related data should you ever wish to do so.
I wrote to support to ask for my account to be completely deleted, but so far I've just "closed" it and my account is still there.
To me, "delete account" means a lot because it represents basic control over the user's own data. Of course, this may not happen very often, but it is necessary. This is also my final assessment if I am willing to pay for an online service in the long run.

If you exceed the limits of tier 2, you have two options at your disposal:
1) Purchase licenses for additional users. You can buy annual licenses for as many additional users you want. These are currently priced at $4/month/user. 2) If you grow significantly, it might make sense to upgrade to our Unlimited plan, which has an unlimited number of user licenses at your disposal. If you choose to go this route, we may be able to grant you small AppSumo discount for that as well, just let us know if that is relevant.

Q: Does your software integrate a mind mapping feature?
It seems your product is the perfect precursor to identifying ideas and I would like to know if you offer an instructional video on how to organize, sequence and prioritize each related cluster of entries.
We don't have a mind mapping feature per se, but our bubble view is pretty close that: you just can't currently draw lines between the ideas. Having said that, by using our categorisation, tagging, evaluation, and custom field features, you can do everything you could with a mindmap, in terms of organizing, sequencing, prioritising, clustering, and a lot more.
