1) copyright notice, take down notices?
You must have the rights or permission to use the videos you upload or add to Viloud. If we receive a valid notice or detect content that may infringe third-party rights, we may disable the channel or account while we review it, and remove the content if needed.

2) nsfw/adult content videos?
No, sexually explicit adult content is not allowed. More info in our terms: https://viloud.tv/terms-conditions/

3) full white label / cname or does the scripts/in page html code show viloud?
Viloud includes a customizable white-label player from 1 code, and websites with custom domain (CNAME) where a text ‘Powered by Viloud’ appears, but is removed from 3 codes.

So from the viewer's side, you can present it under your own brand and domain. The embed code is served through Viloud's infrastructure, so technically the script source points to Viloud, but the viewer experience can be fully branded.

4) do you offer paywall / subscription service to view channels?
No native paywall or built-in subscription billing at the moment. If needed, currently the usual setup is to place the player behind your own membership site, app login, or external paywall system.
