addition1Q: Hi, What does storage minutes mean?
Are storage minutes how many videos can be uploaded to a channel? So tier 1 has 300 storage minutes. Does that mean as many videos that add up to 300 minutes can be uploaded. Eg. if I have 3 two hour videos which is 320 min, can i only upload 2 because the 20 minutes is over the 300?

The storage minutes are counted in total and not by channel. Please check this link to see how the storage works: https://help.viloud.tv/article/52-how-does-storage-work
With 1 tier, you can't cross the 300 minutes stored. If you want to cross it, you'll need to obtain 1 code more and the storage will be increased to 600.
Please note that you always can use HLS/M3U8 links from external video platforms and these links doesn't count towards your storage limit. In other words, you can add unlimited HLS links.
