Q: OTT and Simultaneous Streaming
Hey team, we just had a couple of questions
1. Would this work as an OTT streaming platform in place of something like Vimeo OTT on its own with no other 3rd part software?
2. Taking a look through your website I can also see how it mentions being able to do things such as streaming directly to an app based platform with by creating an M3U8 file - Is this something that is explained in more detail on how to actually do and set up?
3. The 10 codes option has listed that you can do 5 simultaneous streams at once. Are these to different players that can be embedded to different pages and would there also be a way to configure this to work through an app based platform?
For context, we cover live sporting events and would love to have a platform we can use for hosting the events we cover and embedding on a website or app-based platform

My answers to your questions:
1. Viloud is not a full OTT platform like Vimeo OTT, as it focuses on creating and distributing linear and VOD channels rather than offering subscriber management or built-in apps. However, you can embed Viloud channels into websites or integrate them into any App.
2.- Yes, you can get an M3U8 link of your linear channels for streaming to app-based platforms. This is really easy, here you can see a help page: https://help.viloud.tv/article/33-how-to-get-the-m3u8-link-of-a-linear-channel
3.- The 10 codes option allows 5 simultaneous streams (in real time) that can be embedded on different pages. You can also use these streams within an app-based platform through the HLS links of the live streams.
Let me know if you need more details!
Thanks :)
Joan.
