Q: Some questions about subscription three.
What happens when the viewing minutes per month end? Could you give me an example of the organization and operation of the channel with plan 3 which has 40,000 minutes and 900 minutes of storage? What if I use all 900 minutes of storage? Do I have to make replays if I want to cover the 24 hours of the day? Thank you very much

Below are my answers:
- What happens when the viewing minutes per month end?
If you reach the viewed minutes limit, the channel will stop streaming until the next monthly cycle resets. Before and after you reach it, you will receive a few notification emails. In case you want to keep the channel up and running after reaching the limit, please let us know to apply the pay-as-you-go basis to your account. Extra viewed minutes are charged according to our pricing page: https://viloud.tv/pricing/
- Could you give me an example of the organization and operation of the channel with plan 3 which has 40,000 minutes and 900 minutes of storage?
You have 900 minutes (15 hours) of storage for your uploaded videos. You can create channels that play these videos simulating a 24/7 broadcast. Each time a viewer watches your channel, it consumes minutes from your 30,000 minutes of Tier 3. You can see more info about the usage limits here: https://help.viloud.tv/category/54-usage-limits
- What if I use all 900 minutes of storage?
If your stored videos reach 900 minutes, you won’t be able to upload more unless you delete older content to free up space. You can still stream external content (from external CDNs) without affecting your storage.
- Do I need to create replays to cover 24 hours?
Yes! Since 900 minutes is only 15 hours, you would need to schedule replays of your content to fill the remaining 9 hours if you want a 24/7 channel. Alternatively, you can rotate content daily to keep it fresh.
That said, please note that if you use M3U8/HLS links from an external video platform, these links don't count towards your usage. So, in that way, you will have unlimited storage and streaming from our side.
Let me know if you need more details!
Thanks :)
Joan.

Thanks. I currently use a platform where I store my videos and can share them with the following link types: URL, Thumbnail URL, MP4 URL and Embed Code. Can I use these types of sharing to stream my videos?
From this platform I can also do live and share them with an Embed Code and a Strem URL (rtmp://...). Can I use these shares for live streaming? Thank you very much!
