No, Viloud doesn’t retain ownership of your uploaded content. The content remains the property of the user.

Also, Viloud doesn't use the content for AI training.

Regarding the date shown in the Privacy Policy, the reason it has not been updated is that there has not been a change in this area that required an update to the policy text. That said, we will review it in case any changes should be made.
