Q: I left a 5-star review 2 weeks before along with some questions but I never received any response to those questions.
So, I am repeating the same writing once more here and waiting for your response:
Out of whatever social analytics platform I am seeing these days, this is the best designed and most stable tool amongst all of them.
I love the way it displays more data in one single screen. The stats sorting, filtering, speed, performance ... everything is cool. but I do have complains.
Being said ViralStat, I don't understand why it's limited to videos only? I want to see it as the full-fledged alternative of Buzzumo or NewsWhip ( at least for Facebook )
You already have Facebook API, then why can't you start tracking links, gifs and images as well ? It will justify your name ( ViralStat) more precisely.
Few suggestions for the current version:
1. For content media strategist, it's important to predict the TREND, not just analyze the past. And hence you should introduce "Statistics timeframe" for minimum 1 hour and 6 hours etc. as well. BuzzSumo and NewsWhip already have this. Currently, the minimum is 1 day. Hope you get my point.
2. Isn't there a way to detect/filter videos/content which was "sponsored" or had been promoted through ad?
3. What's the maximum time range to see the stat 1 year or 10 years?
4. Suppose I see stats of a channel - https://viralstat.com/yt/p/UCcYzLCs3zrQIBVHYA1sK2sw but I currently don't an option to export this data in .pdf or the other format. Are you working on this feature? Will it be white-labeled?

Power tracking is more frequent updates on videos statistics. By default, we track profiles every 6h and videos every 24h. But if you'd let say ran a precious campaign or want to investigate a bit closer how's any other video is performing (in its very first hours of launching, or at any other occasion) then you can set it to be power tracked and you will get its statistics...
