I think it's safe to assume this is abandoned.

No updates since 2020 and

Logins have been in maintenance ever since.
Chat support does not work.

They only have a webpage but websites are easy to leave up and running.

The fact that ViralStat is able to track all public videos and profiles on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram (statistics from these hosting platforms), not only stats of videos embedded on your website is definitely worth it.

Viralstat has been really helpful in tracking the performance of my client's videos. and tracking my competitors. It has been easy to use for the most part and their support or customer success team have been especially helpful. A special mention to Gabriela who has been tremendous in the emails.

A underrated use for this tool is coming up with content ideas not only for video but written. It will help you out get an idea on what people are looking for like a very mini keyword research tool.

I have given them this suggestion and they said others have already told them that they need to have some kind of feature that informs the user if a video has been used as an ad because sometimes videos that are used as ads get more views in their statistics. They are on it and this seems like an awesome deal to support. These are the same people who brought ViralSeed. Good product and and an experience team indeed.

I use VIDIQ for youtube analytics but it seems like viralstat will soon replace that.
Analytics are where the money is. Figuring out the trends and taking all that data and using it for your own advantage is Where ViralStat helps you shine.
